Compliance Specialist

• Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify compliance risks.
• Developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Providing training and support to employees on compliance matters.
• Performing regular audits to assess compliance status.
• Preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities.
• Collaboration with organizational units to present ideas and plans for risk mitigation and prevention.
• Acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies during audits or inquiries.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, law, or risk management.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or others relevant to the specific industry.
• Relevant work experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
•  Familiarity with compliance software and auditing processes.
