Senior Legal Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Drafting and reviewing contracts in all related scopes including insurance companies and agents, marketing and business partnerships, etc.
• Participating and leading commercial negotiations, claims and reimbursement negotiations
• Drafting M&A, SHA, ESOP and similar contracts
• Managing commerce law and AoA obligations and being able to draft minutes and register them in Companies Registration Office
• Taking care of civil and criminal cases and complaints in Central Insurance.
• Defining the regulatory environment of the company and providing compliance and non-compliance risk reports
• Reporting to accounting and legal manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law at least
• 3 years experience in corporate law slightest
• Excellent knowledge of Insurance law, contract law, E-Commerce, and commercial law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical ability and business acumen
