Legal Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, revise, and interpret corporate agreements, with a particular focus on e-commerce matters.
• Review and ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, especially e-commerce and information technology rules.
• Follow up on and obtain the legal permits and licenses required for the company’s operations.
• Provide legal advice and support to different departments within the organization.
• Prepare legal reports and present them to management levels.
• Collaborate actively with the legal team and other departments to resolve day-to-day matters.
• Document legal activities and keep related records and files up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in commercial companies or law firms.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce laws and related licenses/permits.
• Familiarity with B2B contract structures.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork mindset and effective communication skills.
• Bar license (attorney-at-law license) is considered a plus.
