Senior Legal Specialist

We are seeking a experienced and skilled Senior Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team at the forefront of the online tourism industry. As a Senior Legal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal counsel and support to our company's diverse operations. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law, intellectual property law, and relevant regulatory formalities.

 

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts covering a range of transactions, including shareholders' agreements, supply agreements, investment agreements, and service agreements
• Prepare addenda and/or amendments to previously drafted agreements based on the needs and requests of the parties involved
• Maintain a detailed record of contract requests and timelines
• Advise internal divisions on various agreements/transactions with a variety of service providers, including claims and enforcing penalties, interpretation of contracts, investigation of quality and quantity of provided/received services, and more
• Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation

 

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of experience of related experience, at least 2 years in start-up ecosystem
• Solid understanding of legal and contractual terminology
• Knowledge of tax and finance regulations in contracts
• Familiarity with drafting Shareholders' and directors' minutes and registration affairs
• Good computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
• Upper-intermediate knowledge of English
• Lawyer's (Bar) Association License is a plus
