Legal Counsel

Responsibilities: 

Managing and supervising daily operation of the legal team

Assisting team members in development of their hard and soft skills

Drafting, reviewing and revising various types of contracts

Providing legal advice on new products, services or business schemes 

Assisting business teams in negotiations

Drafting various types of documents such as letters, minutes of meetings, notices, etc.

Managing governmental licenses and approvals’ affairs

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in law (Graduation from reputable governmental universities is a plus)

2 to 4 years of working experience in reputable companies or law firms (startup experience is a plus)

Strong communications skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations

Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

Proven record of managing small team of legal professionals

Having good public relations and the ability to establish team and group interactions

Knowledge of business processes and legal formalities

High ability to prioritize, plan and schedule tasks/projects
